The Soviet Group recently launched its first ever Premium store at Cresta Shopping Centre in Johannesburg North. The denim giant decided to change its store level “Look & Feel” due to the merger with their overseas counterparts. “The upgrade will redefine our customer’s shopping experience and align the entire brand with international standards”, says Group Managing Director – Adrian Spence
Over and above the dazzling “Black Carpet” guest list, the event boasted an international ambiance with cocktails & beverages sponsored by fashion forward alcohol brand CRUZ Vodka (Vintage Black) and entertainment by well-known Soviet Model Sean Tucker.
Celebrities and fashion lovers turned out dressed in their denim to honour the occasion with the likes of Miss South Africa, Liesel Laurie, singer ChianoSky, designer JJ Schoeman, actress Michaella Russ and more curious to get a glimpse of the new concept store and fabulous range on offer.
Over the next 12 months the international denim brand will launch 4 new concept stores; one of which includes the setup at Wonderpark Shopping Center (Akasia); and change the mood board of its other already existing stand-alone chains around the country.
